Hail fog forms in Marcellus after powerful storm

Marcellus, N.Y. — It was like something straight out of a horror movie Wednesday night as heavy fog oozed over the ground after a powerful storm dropped marble-sized hail on Marcellus and nearby communities.

In places, it looked like a snow storm had hit too on this July evening, with the ground covered in white.
