ALBANY — Regal Cinemas will reopen its Clifton Park location on Friday.
Among the first films to be screened at Regal Clifton Park & RPX on Friday is the Guy Richie-directed action flick “Wrath of Man.”
Other films include “Mortal Kombat” and “Godzilla vs. Kong” along with a full slate of additional titles, Regal Cinemas announced on Wednesday.
Future releases opening in coming weeks include “A Quiet Place Part II” and “F9.”
As the U.S. increasingly brings the coronavirus under control with the widespread availability of vaccines, the Knoxville, Tennessee-based chain is reopening locations across the U.S. that were shuttered last October, including five Capital Region venues, including those at Crossgates Mall and at Colonie Center Plaza.
Reopening plans include a wide range of health and safety measures, Regal said in a news release announcing the reopening.
Regal Cinemas is the second largest theater chain in the United States, with 549 locations across the U.S. and its territories.
